Activewear

Between new found love for yoga and my new Peloton, I am really getting into this lifestyle. Before I used to see a fitness regime/workout clothes as something that only related to my outwards appearance. But now whether it’s the act of working out and moving my body or the clothes I wear, everything active has been feeling renewed, positive and secure in my skin. Moving my office to outside my home has forced me make that room into a wellness room. A space to really take time for myself, while Effie watches me vibing doing my 80’s peloton class.

Sweaty Betty

I’ve been wearing Sweaty Betty for a few years now. Their stuff is just really reliable. It never disappoints, also the leggings last forever! For me, I love a high waisted legging or cycling short. I need that feeling of the clothes supporting me-there’s nothing worse than hanging out of your fitness gear. This brand does that perfectly. I find that I can wear most of their pieces for all different kind of exercise, it’s very versatile.

Outdoor Voices

“We believe freeing fitness from performance starts with having fun and generating endorphins. That's why we create high quality products for Recreation that make you feel strong, confident, and ready for #DoingThings”. Outdoor Voices got me from the get go. It’s a lifestyle and a journey, not just a one stop shop. They are building a community of vibrant recreationalists who believe in the power of “Doing Things”. As you all know I’m a big believer in the “WE”.

Girlfriend Collective

I’m sure I'm not alone in this when I become bored of only seeing one kind of women wearing activewear online. Girlfriend Collective’s goal is to open up the transparency to their community. When inclusivity is integral to a brand, I connect beyond the products. Their packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable, so don’t just throw it away! They are the earth's number one fan, so don’t feel guilty when buying. Did you know almost all activewear is made from plastic? Crazy! Girlfriend Collective products are made with materials that would otherwise clog landfills and pollute the earth. The colours and fit honestly make me happy, not only great for sweaty times but also for the lazy Sunday kind.

Arket

When one of my all time favourite brands brought in activewear, I was hooked. Seriously smooth, seamless recycled materials. As much as I am a mix and match kind of girl, I’m also into that streamlined set look and Arket definitely kill it with this. I’m loving the high-waisted legging with the sports bras that are extra comfy. Not too tight but still holds it all in. The lilac is so dreamy to workout in, some colour can go a long way.
