Five Things I’m Loving

Skincare Refresh

I tend to get in the routine of using the same skincare products over and over again. So I thought in 2022, I would switch it up! Now if you know me, you know I LOVE anything from Susanne Kaufmann. I was introduced to her Tonic during my facial in December, and now it’s an essential part of my routine. Her Tonic is super hydrating and helps me combat dry skin. I’v also been loving the Costa Brazil Face Serum for skin brightening, and Sarah Chapman’s Stem Cell Serum, for helping to reduce any fine lines.

Red Dress

I am obsessed with this ASOS Miss Selfridge Going Out Midi Dress, it was the perfect night out dress in Mexico. It’s definitely the kind of dress I could throw a leather jacket over and wear in London during the winter months as well. Seriously such a steal for 27 pounds!

Manifest by Roxie Nafousi’s

Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life by Roxie Nafousi, has been a daily read for me. For those who don’t know, Roxie is a Self Development Coach and Ambassador for the Mental Health Foundation. Her latest book Manifest, is a tool kit for dealing with challenges and obstacles that prevent you from being your best self. Roxie breaks it down into approachable steps to guide you through the journey of manifesting your goals, aspirations, and values.

Brawn

London has so many incredible restaurants. If you asked me to choose a favourite, I wouldn’t know where to start. I’m a fan of any place that stocks a full bodied red wine, and a luxurious plate of pasta. Brawn, located near the Columbia Road Flower Market, is such a lovely spot that never disappoints. It’s such a versatile restaurant, perfect for work meetings, and date nights. I highly recommend checking this spot out if your in the area.

Boy Smells Candles

I’m loving winding down the day lighting one of the Boy Smells Candles. My current favourite is Ash, but I also love Cameo and Rosalita. Their candles are all natural, made from ethically harvested coconut and beeswax. All of the scents are subtle and not overpowering. Once I’ve burned through my candle, I love reusing the glass!
